Steve Whalen founded Thousand Oaks Landscape in 1984 as a three man operation serving residential customers in Garland and North Dallas. His idea was a simple one; listen to what the customer wants, don't make promises you can't keep, and offer a quality product at a fair price. Clients became friends and the company grew, not by advertisign, but through the word of mouth comments from satsfied customers.
Thousand Oaks has come a long way over the last twenty-five years. New services and team members have been added to address the needs of our customers. However, the principles upon which the company was founded have remained the same. Our number one priority is still to build lasting relationships with our customers.
